Five Decades in the Courtroom. One Unwavering Mission.

For over 35 years, Michael A. Pohl has fought tirelessly in courtrooms as a seasoned personal injury lawyer. He dedicates his entire practice to one purpose: standing up for victims of serious accidents caused by negligence. Throughout his career, Michael has successfully represented people who have suffered from car accidents, faulty product injuries, pharmaceutical liabilities, and construction site accidents.

Areas of Expertise. Michael specializes in vehicle rollover cases, consistently championing the rights of victims — never the manufacturers. His experience spans rollover incidents involving virtually all makes and models of SUVs, pickups, and vans, as well as tire failure cases across numerous brands.

Global Reach. While many of Michael’s clients come from across the United States, he also represents individuals from Mexico, Central America, and South America — including numerous complex cases involving U.S.-licensed vehicles in rollover accidents on Mexican soil.

Education and Qualifications. Michael earned his Bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University–Commerce and his law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Houston, where he served as Associate Editor of the Houston Law Review. He is licensed to practice in Texas (since 1974) and Colorado, and admitted before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Western, and Eastern Districts of Texas. He has also been a featured speaker at the Texas State Bar Professional Development Program numerous times.

Michael A. Pohl’s mission remains clear: to stand up for those who have been wronged and ensure they receive the justice they deserve.
